CeramiCode™ is a method of identifying materials with alphanumeric data and 1D or 2D barcodes on ceramic tiles. CeramiCode tiles are durable in the most severe conditions and are reusable. The laser- marked images are as durable as the tiles themselves, making CeramiCode tiles ideal for the harshest thermal or chemical conditions. The tiles and the message survive temperatures in excess of 2500°F (1370°C). Larger ceramic tiles come with a hole to thread wire through for attachment or for stud-weld attachment. Smaller tiles can be cemented into a mold pocket, allowing the message to be protected below the surface of the product.
