Accuride Corp., headquartered in Evansville, Ind., announced that two of its wheel-production facilities received the Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA) “Masters of Quality” Supplier Award for 2013. Accuride’s aluminum wheel plant in Camden, S.C., and Accuride de Mexico steel and aluminum wheel plant in Monterrey, Mexico, were both honored for their performance last year. This is the third time that Accuride de Mexico has received the award and the first for the Camden plant. DTMA’s annual program recognizes outstanding suppliers that have received high scores on their quality, delivery, technology and cost performance. These suppliers demonstrate an ongoing commitment to continuously improving the quality of their products and overall performance of their businesses.
