Ashleigh Walters is the President of Onex, Inc., Erie, Pa. Founded 53 years ago, Onex is a woman-owned, second-generation family business providing design, manufacturing, parts and services for the industrial furnace market. Ashleigh’s roots are hard work, determination and a belief in a vibrant manufacturing base. She is an active advocate for local industry and women in manufacturing. She is Chair of the Board of Directors for both Northwest Industrial Resource Center (a Manufacturing Extension Partnership) and Vice Chair of Aspire insurance company.
