India’s Bharat Forge and Rolls-Royce inked a long-term agreement by which the forge will supply critical, high-integrity forged and machined components for a number of Rolls-Royce aero-engine models.

Ampco-Pittsburgh Corp. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Sweden’s Akers AB and some of its affiliated companies (excluding its operations in France and Belgium).
