No. 995 is an electrically heated 1250°F (670°C) high-temperature cabinet oven that can be used for preheating steel forgings. Workspace dimensions measure 20 inches wide x 40 inches deep x 20 inches high. It has 60 kW installed in Incoloy-sheathed tubular elements to heat the oven chamber, while a 2,000-cfm, 2-hp recirculating blower provides horizontal airflow to the workload. Specially designed to handle high-temperature operation, the oven has 10-inch-thick insulated walls. No. 995 is built to NEMA 12 electrical standards and is equipped with SCR power control.
