Condat Corp. (Saline, Mich.), a producer of lubricants and other industrial fluids, acquired Renite Co. (Columbus, Ohio), a supplier of lubricants for forging and other industrial processes. Both companies possess expertise in metal forging, glass and other industries, which makes this acquisition a very complementary one. Renite offers the forging industry a selection of solid lubricants, such as graphite, to create solid lubricating films on mold and die surfaces.
