WHI Global LLC strategically combined Crow Precision Components (Fort Worth, Texas), M&M Precision Components (Tulsa, Okla.) and Arlington Precision Components (Fairfield, N.J.) to create a vertically integrated manufacturer of complex metal parts and assemblies for the aerospace, defense and industrial markets. With closed-die forging, heat-treating, assembly, testing and inspection capabilities, WHI produces complex components from virtually any metal. WHI was formed through a series of acquisitions led by Rift Valley Equity Partners, a private investment firm based in New York. The combined business has over 200,000 square feet of manufacturing space and utilizes a broad range of state-of-the-art equipment.

WHI announced that Albert Altieri joined the company and will serve as president and CEO. Altieri has 35 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industries and most recently served as vice president and COO of Sikorsky Aerospace Services.
