oelheld, a supplier of industrial lubricants based in Germany, recently held a groundbreaking ceremony in West Dundee, Ill., for its new 24,000-square-foot facility. The building will house increased production capacity, increased storage, a new R&D laboratory and a modern tanker unloading station. The targeted move-in date is December 2016.
