Inductotherm Group of Rancocas, N.J., a global supplier of thermal-processing equipment and technologies, acquired Clinton Machine of Ovid, Mich., a supplier of material-handling systems for bar, tube, heat-treating and other production machinery. “The inclusion of Clinton Machine into the Inductotherm Group will allow us to provide better material-handling systems to our heat-treating, shrink-fitting and forging system clients,” said Doug Brown, president/COO of Inductoheat Inc. “This new partnership is especially exciting to Inductoheat, as both companies complement each other quite well.” Inductoheat, a leading supplier of induction heating technologies, is one of 40 companies making up the Inductotherm Group.
