Unifrax introduces Excelfrax 1900 Panel to its existing family of Excelfrax products. The product line is based on the microporous insulation principle, exhibiting efficient insulating characteristics. The Excelfrax 1900 Panel provides customers with higher temperature performance (1900°F) and a product form with superior strength and handling ability. The product is composed of inorganic oxides. Silicates and opacifiers are added to improve material performance. The Excelfrax 1900 Panel offers a number of advantages, including extremely low thermal conductivity, thermal stability up to 1900°F, consistent operating temperatures and easy fabrication.
