CONDAFORGE 625 from Condat has been designed for the forging of automotive and aerospace parts. It is used mainly for steel, titanium, Inconel and aluminum. The product uses a specific formulation technology with ultra-thin graphite particles, which permit high performance and lubricity on hot forging tools. The wetting properties of the lubricant have also been reinforced through a new optimized binder. The coating is homogeneous and maintenance costs are limited as less product is needed for the same result. Free of ammonia, CONDAFORGE 625 is odorless and easy to clean. It can easily be diluted in water and generates substantial savings in lubricant consumption.
