Sawing System

The AMSAW S300 is designed for efficiency, speed and productivity in cutting ferrous and nonferrous materials. It has a capacity of 3-12 inches and utilizes saw blade diameters from 24-36 inches. The spindle motor is 60 HP/45 KW. This system allows for cut lengths up to 30 inches and multi-indexing when length exceeds 30 inches. Accuracy for length is ± 0.005 inches. The AMSAW S300’s compact design incorporates hardened spindle gears with minimum backlash. It uses cermet or carbide-tipped, disposable or re-grindable saw blades. Unattended sawing is possible with the automatic bar loading table.
