Test Block Program

The Ready Block program provides same-day delivery for the most common Rockwell scale hardness test blocks. Wilson Instruments produces a wide range of Rockwell scale test blocks in each of the 30 Rockwell scales. With up to 11 different hardness levels in each scale, there are nearly 300 total blocks available. Wilson focuses on the 40 blocks that are the most common and make them Ready Blocks. The Ready Block program defined the necessary stock levels of those 40 blocks so that they are ready for shipment at all times.
