CONDAFORGE 305 is a water-based graphite die lubricants. It can be used diluted from 3.5-20%, even for complicated parts. CONDAFORGE 305 uses a unique formulation technology that allows adhesion of the graphite film to high-temperature dies, leaving no residue on the tools and improving die life. It is easy to dilute and is user-friendly, as it contains no ammonia. The viscosity of CONDAFORGE 305 is suited to the various traditional dilution systems used in the forging industry.
