The Brockhouse Group, in a move planned to enhance its manufacturing capability, has acquired Heartlands Extrusion Forge. Birmingham-based Heartlands is a producer of hot-, warm- and cold-forged parts that serve the aerospace, mining, oil and gas, agricultural and off-road equipment markets. Brockhouse plans on moving the plant and personnel to its Hill Top location in the near future.
